Garantme simplifies the selection of rental candidates for you by screening the applications and by issuing the suitable garantees for each specific case.

If you are a tenant the Garantme garantee reassures the owner as to the soundness of your application and your solvency.  Renting has never been so fast and so easy.
If you are an owner or an agency, Garantme will provide you with simple insurance solutions that can be put into place quickly and safely. The end result? Smooth and efficient property management made possible thanks to Garantme!

Garantme has benefited from several important fundraising rounds and is now proud to announce its goal of becoming the leader in the real estate insurance sector. This goal will be attained through the launch of several new products and services specifically tailored to the needs of real estate professionals – a key target which had not been a priority for the company up to now. We have helped them in the creation of a strong brand, in line with their vision and ambition, keeping in mind their objective of diversity in offers and in targets. A great project to discover in pictures !

First step: understanding Garantme and its ecosystem. Throughout our workshops, we were able to explore the market, the opportunities, the identity and the ambitions of Garantme which then allowed us to lay the foundations for their brand platform. What was the special something that helped us define their issues and expectations? We involved members of the Garantme Team at different stages. Founders, Product Team, Compliance team as well as the HR team were valuable input. At the end of this first step, we were able to determine what the essence of Garantme is, from its purpose to its promise, including its mission and its values.

The second important step of this project was the re-branding : to charter what had been defined during the first phase so that the brand Garantme come to life. We had imagined an editorial line which reflected the professional, progressive character of Garantme, acces always attentive and accessible. This editorial line inspired the visual identity allowing us to draw the first sketches. First came attempts directed towards the combination of the ‘G’ and a house ; in the end the result was a simple but powerful logotype of a ‘G’ whose form represents an arrow symbolizing growth. The encompassing circle reinforces the position of Garantme as a dependable and trustworthy brand.

This identity could then be used on the brand’s different communication material thanks to the creation of a UI Kit on Notion, easily actionable and adaptable, thus making Garantme fully-equipped to present its new brand to the real estate insurance market and conquer the professional market.
