Gatling

We recently collaborated with Gatling, the most powerful load testing solution for organizations.

As they celebrated their 10th anniversary, the Gatling team wanted to mark a real turning point in how they presented their solution and to highlight their enterprise offering more clearly.
Originally an open-source project, Gatling still carried a very tech-oriented image that didn’t fully reflect their ability to attract and support large corporate clients. The art direction also needed an update to meet the modern standards expected by their new target audience.

With these goals in mind, we reworked the UX/UI of six key pages of the website and redesigned their visual identity:

• The new Gatling logo is a modern and impactful reinterpretation of the original one. The stylized “G” evokes the machine gun that gave its name to the brand and symbolizes speed and flow.
• Inspired by thermal vision, the gradient halos represent the analysis of stress zones — just like Gatling’s solution does. Animations enhance this effect by simulating scanning movements
• The use of the Inter typeface combined with Neue Pixel Grotesk for detail text balances modernity with a geek spirit. This mix maintains a professional identity while giving a wink to the dev culture that defines Gatling.
• The site evolved from an open-source platform mainly used by developers to access documentation into a true conversion tool designed for enterprises. To support this shift, we created numerous technical diagrams and simplified interfaces, making the product easier to understand while clearly highlighting its business benefits.
