We were brought in to define the experience and integration of a conversational real estate search assistant that would enrich the platform without replacing existing search behaviours.

The goal was to replicate the quality of an exchange with a real estate agent: an expert who reads between the lines and challenges choices to better serve the project by helping users refine their project through targeted questions, broaden their search beyond initially considered areas, and surface properties that a standard search would have missed.
